Business OS · company of one
Solo Operator
Know if your business is okay before you check your email.
Solo Operator is a business OS for a company of one. Open it and see your runway, what you’re owed, and the one thing to do next. It lives on your phone. Your numbers never leave it. Pay once, own it.
No subscription · Your data stays on your device · Any 3 devices · Works offline.
Works on iPhone, Android, Windows PC, and Mac — install from your browser.
Founder price — $19 for a limited time. After that it’s $29. No fake countdown.

The promise
Why it's different.
See if you’re okay in one glance.
Most tools tell you what you made last month. Solo Operator tells you how many months your cash actually lasts — and the two or three things that need you today. Open it in the parking lot and know where you stand before you open your inbox.
Get paid without the shoebox.
Track the hours, log the miles, and drop them straight onto an invoice. Send it from your phone with a Pay-now link that goes to you. The money you’re owed and the money you’re holding for tax never get confused again.
Never lose the next move.
Every lead on a board, every deal with a next action and a date. The app already knows the next step because it knows where the deal sits. And a built-in playbook tells you how to run the shop, not just where to type.
Own it. Keep it private.
No ball and chain. No monthly SaaS bill eating your runway. One price — no per-seat games, no renewal trap, no nickel-and-diming. We want you to succeed. Your clients, your money, your playbooks live on your device — we never see them.
Watch
See it.
Three short films. Hit play when you’re ready — nothing autoplays.
The Introduction
What Solo Operator is, and who it’s for.
Peace of Mind in Your Pocket
Open the app and know if you’re okay.
Day in the Life
Hours, invoices, and the next move — in the flow of a real day.
Know if you’re okay
Open it and know.
Solo Operator opens to a health read — Healthy, Watch, or Critical — built from your real runway, not vanity revenue. Under it: net this month, cash in play, and a flag if an invoice is overdue.
Then a ranked list of what actually needs you — overdue invoices first, then the client follow-ups that are due, then your top tasks. Tap Do it. You don’t build a to-do list; the app hands you one.
What it feels like: I opened the app in the parking lot and knew if I was okay before I checked email.
Health strip · runway (cash ÷ real monthly burn) · KPI tiles · ranked What’s next · cash chart with next-month projection · a Monday rhythm checklist that takes 20 minutes.

Get paid
Invoice the week, not the memory.
Start a timer when the call starts. Log miles from the job site. When it’s time to bill, pull that client’s unbilled hours and miles onto one invoice — no retyping, no double-billing. Add a scope of work and your contract terms right on the document.
Send it as a PDF, an image, or an email, with a Pay-now link that pays you directly — your PayPal, Stripe, or Venmo, never through us. Mark it paid and your cash goes up. The sales tax you’re holding stays walled off, because that money was never yours to spend.
What it feels like: They tapped Pay now and I got paid. Solo Operator never touched the money.
Quotes that become invoices · line items in hours / qty / miles · per-line tax · IRS mileage default · recurring transactions · owner draw · sales-tax-held that runway ignores · logo + legal on the doc.

Never lose a deal
The board knows the next move.
Drag a lead from Proposal to Won while you’re still in the driveway. Each stage suggests the right next action — intro email, discovery call, send proposal, collect deposit, kickoff — and the date you set feeds straight into What’s next. Every call and email logs on the client card, so the card remembers what you agreed even when you don’t.
What it feels like: I thought I was closing. The win rate said I was just busy.
Lead → Contacted → Proposal → Won · open value, won, and win rate · full client card · stage-aware next actions · activity log · column search · CSV / paste import.

Know what to do
A playbook, not a blank page.
Solo Operator ships with a five-rung playbook — Start here, Get found, Conversations, Close, Yours. Real plays: name the offer, earn a reply, run a discovery call, ask for the deposit. Copy one into your own plays, or write your own with a trigger, steps, and a message template. The third time you send the same welcome email, you save it as a play.
What it feels like: I didn’t need a business coach. I opened Close, ran the discovery play, and asked for the deposit on the Zoom.
Built-in SOP ladder on every device · copy-and-edit plays · your own plays · tasks by client that feed What’s next.

Own it, keep it private
Buy it once. It’s yours. It’s on your device.
No ball and chain. No recurring software-as-a-service fee that keeps charging long after the tool stopped helping. We don’t nickel-and-dime you to death — we want you to succeed.
No account to create. You buy it, paste a key, and you’re in. Your entire business — clients, money, playbooks — lives in a real database on your phone or computer, not on our servers. It works offline after it loads. Unlock up to three devices; move to a new phone with a backup file. We never see your data because it never comes to us.
What it feels like: Airplane mode. I still logged the hours.
One-time license · unlock with a key, no account · install to home screen · offline after load · 3-device limit · JSON backup / restore.

Fit
Who it’s for
Solopreneurs, freelancers, coaches, consultants, trades — one person running clients, invoices, and the next follow-up, who’s tired of the chaos and the subscriptions.
Who it’s not for: teams, agencies that need seats, or anyone who needs live multi-device cloud sync today. This one’s built for you, solo.
Fair contrast
Why not the others
HoneyBook, Dubsado, Bonsai, 17hats, Notion — they take a weekend to set up, they invoice without ever showing your runway, and they nickel-and-dime you with add-ons and per-seat pricing. Solo Operator opens to your health and your next move, shows you cash and runway, and is a one-time license that lives on your device. Less setup, clearer money, honest price.

FAQ
Straight answers.
Is it a subscription?
No. One price, yours to keep. No monthly SaaS fee, no renewal trap. We don’t want a ball and chain on your business — we want you to succeed.
Why $19?
It’s the founder price — for a limited time. After that it’s $29. Same app, lower price for the people who show up early. No trick, no countdown clock.
Do I need an account?
No. You unlock with a key. Nothing to log into.
Where does my data live?
On your device, in a real database. We never see your clients, money, or playbooks.
Does it work offline?
Yes, after it loads once.
Phone and computer?
Yes — iPhone, Android, Windows PC, and Mac. Up to three devices. Deactivate one in Settings to free a slot. Install from your browser (Add to Home Screen); it’s not an App Store download.
How do I move to a new phone?
Save a backup file in Settings, restore it on the new device. Your license stays on the device you unlocked.
Is there an app in the App Store?
No — install from your browser. Pin it to your home screen (same key). You get a shortcut icon, the address bar disappears, and it feels like an installed app — not a tab. No store, no gatekeeper.
Stop running your business from six apps and a bad feeling.
Open Solo Operator and see where you stand. Pay once. No SaaS leash. It’s yours.
